From beginning to end, Angie was a huge help to us. She spent a lot of time explaining the home selling process even before we were ready to list our home. Angie arranged for a professional photographer to capture our home and she was instrumental and helping to stage the rooms for the photographs. The photos turned out great – I never know our home could look so good. She helped us to list the house at the best price – we had offers the first weekend it was on the market! She helped us to pick the best offer and to negotiate price and home inspection repairs. She worked with the appraiser to ensure he took into consideration all of the home upgrades. We had moved out of state during the selling process, so Angie was there to let in the home repair professionals and she even worked with the local alarm company after we had moved out to aid in the transition of the alarm system to the new owners.
