I met Angie a year before actually selling my home. While discussing my plans for my home and the future with Angie, she researched prices in my neighborhood and gave me her recommendations on how to proceed. At the time I was only interested in selling and glad that I met Angie. I eventually hired her to sell my home a year later and had an offer on my homes within days of listing it on the MLS. Once I sold it I earned an extra $35k from what I would have made from the year prior without Angie’s research. Business ties strengthen when you’re partnered with the right people.
