Angie is AMAZING! I cannot gush enough about how great she was. We’ve worked with several realtors in the course of buying and sellling previous homes, and Angie tops them all (not to mention she was able to sell our house that had been on the market for 3 months with another realtor by helping us stage the house, proper marketing, and an actual open house so we didn’t have to drop our price again). She was very responsive, walked us through the process, gave us great feedback, and even made sure she was with us when we met with the handyman (she recommended) to do the repairs and inspect his work on the flip side. If we ever (heaven forbid) have to move again, you can bet we will be using the Patten team for our move!
